David came out on a late night call to fix our air conditioning unit. We had 7 kids spending the night and he was a life saver. Not only was the job done very well and very fast, their installers went out of their way to include a condensation pump and drain line to ensure that my system drained properly. Stephenville Heat & Air is the BEST! Our old A/C stopped cooling over the weekend and I left SH&A a message about the problem. They showed up first thing Monday morning and "patched things up" until they could get a new unit delivered and installed. Furthermore, they didn't charge for the original service call or materials....only the new unit which was very reasonably priced. They also thoroughly cleaned up after the installation and filed the warranty papers. I highly recommend Stephenville Heat & Air for prompt, courteous and reliable service!
